JAMMM is a full service music & entertainment, marketing, and management company that enhances the careers and accomplishes the strategic and business development goals of a wide range of clientele including performing artists, songwriters, producers, DJ’s, record labels, and strategic marketing partners. JAMMM works with the best innovative and creative artists in the Netherlands like C-Mon & Kypski, Nobody Beats The Drum, DJ collective Boemklatsch, theFringe, international indie-poprock artist Anneke van Giersbergen & Agua de Annique and trumpet player Kyteman. JAMMM connects all the dots among the worlds of music, media and corporate marketing to produce results for all concerned. The company, established in 2006 by former CEO of SonyBmg music group Rob Schouw and Experience marketing expert Hans Beumer, is based in Hilversum, The Netherlands.
The mission of JAMMM is to:
- Help the creators of music, or related content, to develop careers and create revenue streams with creative exploitation models.
- Develop original content for exploitation across multiple media platforms.
- Enabable corporate and strategic brands to achieve their marketing objectives by conceiving and implementing music and entertainment-based initiatives. Jammm has worked succesfully with companies like Heineken, Nokia, Red Bull, Coca Cola, Nike Skateboarding, Numark and Rabobank.
JAMMM leverages its experience and network of contacts to help content producers execute stand alone projects and also expand their base by developing into hubs of their own creative communities. The focus is to catalyze their potential growth and build their brands.
JAMMM enables content creators to use their works as the foundation of a self-sustaining, ongoing business by developing business plans, implementing internal systems, helping to acquire outside investment, negotiating deals with third parties and even running the newly created business entities. These same skills are applied to corporate brands or agencies that need to create new vehicles to achieve their marketing objectives
JAMMM’s approach is boundaryless in many ways: Agua de Annique has toured Latin America in 2008, Nobody Beats The Drum did a mini-tour in Russia and has just returned from their tour through Great Britain and is planning to do a show in France. C-Mon & Kypski toured in the USA several times, Denmark, Germany, Spain, South-Africa etc. and DJ Collective Boemklatsch is currently planning their tour in Berlin Germany and later this year Curacao and Indonesia.
New technologies and the emergence of the "long tail" distribution dynamic have created new opportunities for content producers to create, expose and distribute their work. JAMMM recognizes the challenges and creates unique solutions on a case-by-case basis. Our role as content manager often leads to taking on the role of the factor manager, involving itself in areas ranging from overall career guidance to more immediate tactical decisions.
